General Terms
By registering for MCT4SD 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Registration must be paid and confirmed before the deadline. We may revise our terms and conditions as per government norms.
Conference Participation
Filming and photography may take place at the Conference. You consent to your image and likeness being used in marketing and films without any payment to you. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference programme, speakers, and schedule without prior notice.
Registration & Fees
Payment of fees must accompany all registrations. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Each registration covers one nominated author. Co-authors must register separately under Participant Registration.
Standard paper size: 10 pages (Springer format). Over-length charge: USD $70 per additional page. Short papers of 4–7 pages will NOT be considered for publication.
Paper Submission
All submissions must be original work not previously published or under review elsewhere. Authors must adhere to the Springer Policy and Procedures on Plagiarism. Papers found to contain plagiarism may be rejected at any stage.
Publication
We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be published by any specific publisher or indexed. Publishers or organizations can decline to publish conference papers that do not meet their quality standards. Indexing services evaluate conference papers and independently determine what they will index.
Cancellation
If you cancel your conference booking, or do not attend the conference, the conference fee will not be refunded. All Rights reserved to conference secretariat.
Privacy
MCT4SD 2026 and Global Knowledge Research Foundation are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected during registration is used solely for conference administration purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
